Service 1 – Pass/Fail

This entry level service provides a questionaire driven approach to determining your business state and how close you might be to cloud adoption. It’s provided completely remotely and does not impact upon your business beyond the completion of the questionnaire and a call with one of our cloud experts. The service is provided at a fixed cost.

Service 2 – Detailed assessment

This level of service goes a lot deeper than the first as we move into deeper assessment of your systems, services, people, processes etc. This is an on-site service and is priced by the size and complexity of your estate. The output from this service will provde you not only with a measurement of how close to cloud adoption you may be but also a detailed gap analysis of what has to be completed to get there.

Service 3 – Full scope assessment & planning

Building on the model in the above service, we now construct a transition plan and business case for you to get to cloud, along with migrating your processes and services to it. We also will work with your HR teams to understand the skills you have verses the skills you’ll need to operate effectively in the cloud. The pricing for this service is custom to each environment and can only be assessed through an engagement meeting.

The service can also be used for assessing potential acquisitions or to look at divestments where splitting technology and business services can become particularly complex.
